I've lived here for 2 years now. Great neighbors on my block, awesome family owned park with very nice staff! They encourage people to take pride in ownership. Of all the parks I looked at, I'm glad I chose Centennial Square!

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier! The management is super responsive and takes care of issues promptly. The community has a lovely vibe, and it feels safe. I especially love the monthly events they host—they really bring everyone together! My only suggestion would be to have a few more amenities, like a gym or a community center, but honestly, I’ve really enjoyed my time here. Definitely a great place to call home!

I recently moved into a new home in this mobile home park, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The community is welcoming, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes settling in much easier. I love the spacious layout of my home, and the park is well-maintained with plenty of green space. They have a nice little playground for kids, which is a plus if you have little ones. The location is convenient too, with grocery stores and parks just a short drive away. While the overall rating of the place might be a bit lower than expected, my experience has been more positive. One thing I would recommend is better signage for parking, as it's sometimes a bit confusing. But aside from that, I am really enjoying my time here and would highly recommend checking it out if you're in the market for an affordable home!
